For foreign students
Nomination
Partner universities should send an email to is.esalq@usp.br. A link will then be provided to complete the Nomination Form, which includes the required student information and a letter of recommendation from the student's home university.
Application
After being nominated by their home university, the student will receive an email for the application in our system Mundus/USP. The following documents must be uploaded:
- Official transcripts, translated into English or Portuguese.
- A copy of the passport page containing personal details
- Photo jpeg file (50k maximum)
For Esalq/USP undergraduate students
Those interested must fill in the Application Form, which has been shared via email is.esalq@usp.br and in the EsalqNet newsletter.The following documents must be uploaded:
- Academic transcript (name the file: Name+ISEsalq25+AT)
- Letter of motivation in English (name the file: Name+ISEsalq25+letter)
Important:
- This program is recommended for students who have completed 50% of their undergraduate course and have an intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Selection will be made by the coordination of the course 011-0225 (Tropical Biobased Production Systems) based on the applications received. Enrollment in this course will be done through a list of selected students, which will be forwarded by the course coordination to the Undergraduate Office.
General Information:
- The estimated total number of available spots is 25 for foreign students and 10 for Esalq/USP students. The course coordinators will be responsible for selecting the applicants.
- All participants will be enrolled in the course 011-0225 (Tropical Biobased Production Systems) and will receive a USP transcript with the grade and academic credit for 60 hours of activities. (Note: Esalq/USP students will receive the grade and credits as they would for a regular course).
